User Account Deactivation Agreement

This Agreement applies when you choose to permanently delete your p2pcheap account through Account Settings → Delete Account. "Deactivation" and "deletion" refer to the same permanent removal process described here.

This Agreement supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service govern your use of the platform generally; this Agreement governs account deletion specifically.

Before you delete your account, you confirm that:

• You are the authorized holder of the account being deleted.
• You have resolved or completed all open buyer and seller orders, including deliveries awaiting confirmation and active disputes.
• You have withdrawn or used any remaining store credit or seller balance according to platform rules. Unclaimed balances may be forfeited upon deletion where permitted by law.
• If you are a seller, you have removed or allowed the platform to remove active listings tied to your account.
• You understand that admin accounts cannot be self-deleted through account settings and must contact support instead.

p2pcheap may refuse or delay deletion if your account has unresolved transactions, open investigations, chargebacks, or legal holds.

After successful account deletion, we remove or anonymize personal account data associated with your profile, including:

• Your name, email address, password, avatar, and profile settings.
• Your cart, favorites, and in-app notification preferences.
• Buyer–seller chat conversations linked solely to your account.
• Seller profile details, application data, and active listings you own.
• Marketing audience subscriptions tied to your email on p2pcheap.

You will no longer be able to sign in, access order history through your dashboard, recover credentials, or restore the account after deletion is completed.

Even after your account is deleted, we may keep certain records as required or permitted by law, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, and dispute resolution, including:

• Order, payment, escrow, refund, and dispute records needed to demonstrate how a transaction was handled.
• Support tickets, abuse reports, and security logs related to investigations or legal obligations.
• Aggregated or de-identified analytics that no longer identify you personally.
• Email delivery logs (such as message IDs and timestamps) retained for service integrity and compliance.

Retained records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are not used for marketing to a deleted account unless you create a new account or re-subscribe.

If you have purchased on p2pcheap, deleting your account does not cancel completed orders or remove your prior obligation to pay for goods already received outside escrow. Deletion does not entitle you to refunds for past completed transactions.

If a dispute or delivery confirmation is still pending, delete your account only after the matter is resolved. Deleting while a dispute is open may limit your ability to provide evidence or receive remedies through the platform.

Sellers who delete their accounts understand that active listings will be removed and buyers will no longer be able to purchase from those listings. You remain responsible for fulfilling any orders that were accepted before deletion and for cooperating with dispute resolution on those orders.

Deleting your seller account does not erase reviews, ratings, or transaction history that other users or the platform may retain for marketplace integrity.

Account deletion is permanent. Once processed, p2pcheap cannot restore your account, messages, listings, or dashboard access. If you wish to use the marketplace again, you must register a new account with a new email address (subject to our registration rules).

By checking the confirmation box on the Delete Account page, you expressly acknowledge that this action cannot be undone.

We may retain identifiers (such as device signals, payment fingerprints, or email hashes) to prevent ban evasion, repeat fraud, or abuse. Creating a new account to circumvent a suspension or ban violates our Terms of Service.

To delete your account:

1. Sign in to your p2pcheap account.
2. Go to Settings → Delete Account.
3. Read this Agreement in full.
4. Check the box confirming your agreement.
5. Select Confirm Delete.

You will be signed out automatically after deletion succeeds. If deletion fails because of pending obligations, resolve those items and try again or contact support through in-app chat.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the deletion flow after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
