Dispute Resolution

Disputes exist to protect both buyers and sellers. Because p2pcheapuses escrow, funds can be returned when sellers don't fulfill their obligations.

Open a dispute before confirming delivery

If the seller fails to deliver, delivers the wrong item, or credentials don't work, open a dispute from your buyer dashboard while the order is still in escrow.

Provide evidence

Include screenshots, chat logs, and a clear description of the issue. The more detail you provide, the faster we can resolve the case.

Review & resolution

Our team reviews evidence from both buyer and seller. Resolutions may include full refund, partial refund, or release to seller if delivery was valid.

Funds returned or released

If resolved in your favor, escrow funds are returned. If the seller delivered correctly, payment is released per the normal flow.
