Terms of Service

p2pcheap is a peer-to-peer marketplace for digital accounts, subscriptions, gift cards, top-ups, and related digital goods. We provide listing, messaging, checkout, and escrow tools. We are not the seller of listed items unless explicitly stated on a listing page.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use p2pcheap. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to update it when it changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

When using p2pcheap, you agree that you will not:

• Complete transactions outside the platform to avoid fees or escrow protection.
• List or purchase stolen, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise illegal goods.
• Misrepresent listings, delivery times, regions, or item condition.
• Harass other users, spam listings, or attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings.
• Circumvent security measures, scrape the site without permission, or abuse support systems.

Buyers and sellers must comply with applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party platform related to the goods being sold (e.g. game publisher or streaming service rules).

When you purchase on p2pcheap, payment is held in escrow until you confirm delivery or a dispute is resolved. Sellers must deliver goods as described in the listing within the stated timeframe.

Buyers should inspect delivered credentials or goods promptly and confirm delivery only when satisfied. If there is a problem, open a dispute before confirming. See our buyer protection and dispute resolution pages for more detail.

Sellers must accurately describe listings, maintain adequate stock, respond to buyer messages in a reasonable time, and honor warranties stated in their listings. Seller applications may be reviewed before listing access is granted.

p2pcheap may charge fees on completed sales as disclosed at checkout or in seller dashboards. Sellers are responsible for any taxes owed on their sales.

Platform fees, payment processing costs, and refund outcomes are handled according to the order flow and dispute decisions at the time of purchase. Refunds, when approved, are generally returned to the original payment method or account balance as described during checkout.

The p2pcheap name, logo, site design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. User-generated content you submit (such as listing descriptions) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display and process it to operate the marketplace.

p2pcheapis provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free listings, or that every transaction will succeed. Digital goods may be subject to restrictions, bans, or changes by third-party providers outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, p2pcheap and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars.

You may close your account at any time through account settings, subject to our User Account Deactivation Agreement. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users, or where required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, dispute records, and liability limits) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of p2pcheapafter changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
